There is no other office on earth that provides the support and most importantly, the education to thrive in your real estate career. I got my real estate license in New Jersey in 1985 and even after all these years, they are teaching me things on a daily basis. Not just telling me how to do it but telling me the words to use and even how to structure my day. EXiT Realty…. The only way to start a career!

Honestly, I didn’t realize how non-existent training and mentoring is in other offices until I heard the horror stories from new recruits from other agencies. I just assumed all offices supplied the high level of training that was offered at EXiT Realty Ocean City. These are stories from "Newbie’s and Seasoned agents". Fortunately, for me I started with EXiT Realty. I would say there level of training has jumped started my career by at least 3-5 years. Although training is important this is only the beginning of the benefits of being with EXiT Realty. There is the 70% day one commission split, no desk fees, a 90/10 split after $100,000.00 gross, the possibility of unlimited residual income and of course mentoring. EXiT Realty Ocean is not just a place to hang my license, it’s my second family. I would like to thank everyone in the EXiT Office in Ocean City for all your help and continued support with my career.

Have you heard the expression, "promises are made to be Broken"? Listening to many of the tribulations told to my colleagues and my own experiences, this saying is very prevalent in our industry when it comes to training and developing a sales force. How many of you were told that you would be getting training and tutelege while you were informed that this training will cost you a significant fee or percentage of your earned commissions for a specific number of transactions.

My background includes a degree in chemistry, MBA, and positions in Chemical Industry - ranging from first line supervisor jobs to the president. I can unequivocally state that the training and support that I have received from EXiT Realty and our office staff is superior to programs that I participated in being sponsored by IBM, Harvard Business, and many other professionally structured courses and programs that cost thousands of dollars.

The use of modern technology including Live Interactive Video and telephone conferencing is Informative, Motivating and effective in getting an experienced or novice sales person prepared to be a highly successful agent. Also available is an on going series of short programs that will assist the agent in maintaining and improving their business. Over 80% of all Realtors leave the business after one year. I believe the major influential component that causes this phenomenon is the lack of success directly related to never being properly TRAINED.
